Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the annual Performance Appraisal Cycle, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Oversee the annual Talent Review processes and develop strategies to identify, develop, and retain the company’s top talents.
  • Ensure headcount data is consistently accurate and up to date by maintaining organizational charts, position management records, and employee movement tracking
  • Own People analytics reports, providing insights into important people trends, metrics, and figures to proactively drive people projects.
  • Design and deliver dashboards (with support of BI Team) and reports that provide actionable insights on people metrics.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from leadership and ensure data integrity across all outputs.
  • Manage annual employee engagement survey process to foster a motivated and committed workforce.
  • Participate in designing initiatives aimed at increasing engagement based on the results of the engagement survey
  • Oversee the exit interview process for office employees, ensuring valuable insights are captured and acted upon.
  • Continuously improve and automate OD processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a consistent job architecture framework
  • Validate and evaluate job descriptions in collaboration with recruitment team to align with the assigned Job Grade
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the system architecture and contribute to configuration of SuccessFactors modules to align with evolving business needs

 

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years working experience with 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Organizational Development or Talent Management
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Designing dashboards (familiarity with Power BI)
  • Process analysis and design
  • Job Architecture Building Principles
  • Role evaluation and grading alignmentBachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Fluent in English (C1 and above)
  • Innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of efficiently addressing and resolving issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to details, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
